- Y.V.E.S ships to addresses within United States
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Y.V.E.S is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Y.V.E.S is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at 786wrldwide@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will assist in locating your package; however, Y.V.E.S is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
